美國商務部(DOC)於本(2026)年5月4日公告可申請行政複查之反傾銷稅或平衡稅案件清單(如附件)，利害關係人可於本年5月底前向DOC提出申請，涉及我國案件如下：

(一) 反傾銷稅案件：
1. 「碳合金鋼板」(Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate)，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
2. 「圓形焊接碳鋼管」(Certain Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes)，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
3. 「不銹鋼捲板」(Certain Stainless Steel Plate in Coils)，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
4. 「聚酯棉」(Polyester Staple Fiber)，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
5. 「聚乙烯零售提袋」(Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags)，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
6. 「二苯乙烯螢光增白劑」 (Stilbenic Optical Brightening Agents) ，複查期間為2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日；
7. 「對苯二甲酸二辛酯」 (Dioctyl Terephthalate) ，複查期間為2024年11月5日至2026年4月30日。

(二) 環氧樹脂(Epoxy Resins)反傾銷稅及平衡稅案：
1. 反傾銷稅複查期間為2024年11月13日至2026年4月30日；
2. 平衡稅複查期間為2024年9月13日至2025年12月31日。
